A few common questions around delivery of the paintings. If you have a question and it's not there, please just contact me and I'll be happy to help.
What is the cost of delivery?
Shipping to England, Wales & Scotland is free for paintings under 80cm. Larger paintings may require a specialist art courier service. Delivery details will be listed on the artwork page.
If you are outside of the free delivery area please contact me for a delivery quote before adding your item to the basket.
What delivery methods do you use?
If you are within a radius of 7 miles from Esher in Surrey then I will deliver the item to you myself.
Outside of this area, artworks are carefully packaged and delivered via a fully tracked and insured courier service.
I've lost my confirmation Email / I didn't receive a confirmation Email.
Please check your Junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed in there by mistake.

Returns policy
Returns are only available on damaged items.
If you have any concerns please contact me via email.
When will my painting be delivered?
Each piece of artwork is mounted in a handmade frame. Some pieces are already framed which means faster delivery, but If the frame has to be made we aim to ship paintings within 7-10 days.
I will confirm the expected date of delivery via email once the order is placed.
How do I pay for my order?
Payments are processed securely via Stripe and all major credit/debit cards are accepted at checkout.
For paintings over £400 we can offer a payment plan, please get in touch with me for more details.
I received my order but it's damaged.
I package the paintings to protect them in transit but if the worse was to happen and your painting has been damaged in transit, please contact me at alexis@alexisrizzoart.co.uk with a photo of the damage and I’ll take care of it.
