A few common questions around delivery of the paintings. If you have a question and it's not there, please just contact me and I'll be happy to help.
What is the cost of delivery?
Shipping to the UK mainland is free! If you are outside the UK mainland please contact me for a delivery cost.
What delivery methods do you use?
If you are within a radius of 7 miles from Esher in Surrey then I will deliver the item for you.
Outside that they will be packaged carefully and delivered by a 48 hour courier fully tracked and insured.
I've lost my confirmation Email / I didn't receive a confirmation Email.
Please check your Junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed in there by mistake.

Returns policy
Returns are only available on damaged items.

When will my painting be delivered?
Each piece of artwork is mounted in a handmade frame. This means paintings will be shipped in 7 to 10 working days.
I will confirm the expected date at the time of order.
How do I pay for my order?
We use a Stripe & creditcard payment system; at checkout you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout.
I received my order but it's damaged.
I package the paintings to protect them in transit but if the worse was to happen and your painting has been damaged in transit, please contact me at alexis@alexisrizzoart.co.uk with a photo of the damage and I’ll take care of it.
